I utilize a blend of behavioral health techniques including person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, and mindfulness and meditation. I believe strongly in the mind-body connection, and that our thoughts, feelings and beliefs can affect not only our mental but also our physical health. I work hard to create a space for my clients that is warm, non-judgmental and collaborative. I work with clients to create goals for our work together and check in about our progress towards achieving these goals. My objective for clients I work with is to empower them, with support and guidance, to achieve their goals and the improvement they want in their lives.
