I also offer a sliding scale option for private pay. Payment can be in the form of cash, check or credit card. Payment is due in full at the time of service. Additionally, if you would like to use your out-of-network insurance benefits, I will provide you with a receipt of services that you may submit to your insurance company for full or partial reimbursement. Please call your insurance company to verify out-of-network coverage for outpatient mental health services.
